POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibilities of the Sales Associate position are to maintain outstanding customer service, generate sales, merchandise product, and support management.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure each customer receives outstanding customer service
- Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements
- Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by management
- Assist in the training and development of other employees
- Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards
- Participate in the processing of new shipments and help the team to keep the back room and warehouse area clean and organized
- Conscious of shoplifting activity
- Assist customers in locating merchandise in the shop as well as processing and up-selling custom orders
- Answer customer questions and provide information on procedures and policies
- Complete knowledge of all products in the shop and custom order products

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to work and willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays
- Have knowledge of basic Point of Sale systems along with willingness to learn
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
- Be a fast learner, cheerful and always have a positive attitude
- Previous retail experience in a retail environment
- A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction
- A strong team player yet still able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail and ability to multi-task

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time - Move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the shop

Personalization Specialist

We are currently seeking talented individuals for the role of Personalization Specialist.

POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibilities of the Personalization Specialist position are to maintain outstanding customer service while producing quality paint and vinyl orders as specified.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Highly detail oriented, creative, and eager to learn
- Must have a flexible schedule with some weekend availability
- Previous hand lettering experience not necessary, but much preferred
