Return Policy:
We are proud of our product assortment and want you to
be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. All of our
products are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for
any reason, we will gladly provide a refund for your
order. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on any
personalized, monogrammed, special order items,
sale items or on items damaged through normal wear
and tear. In the event that your
merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please notify
us within twenty-four (24) hours so that we may replace
the damaged merchandise.
Returns are easy: You can return
the merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement.
If you are returning items for a refund or exchange,
you must call Fiddle Stix within 10 business days to
report which items you are returning or exchanging. To
make a return by mail, just complete the Return Form
attached to the invoice that you received with your merchandise.
Simply indicate the reason for return and the action
to be taken, such as replacement , exchange or refund.
Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise. The original invoice must be included in the box to receive
a refund.

Shipping Policy:
All orders will be processed as quickly as possible.
A confirmation email will be sent to confirm the order
has been received. Once the order has shipped, the tracking
number will also be sent by email so you may track your
order. The transit time will be dependent on your area
in the country and the shipping carrier.
