When should I expect my in-store pick up item to be ready?

If your items were not personalized, you should expect your order to be ready within 1-2 business days, unless specifically requested earlier. If any of your items were personalized, you should expect your order to be ready within 2-3 business days. (Business days: Monday thru Friday) If you'd like to request a shorter lead time, please feel free to email customerservice@fiddlestixboutique.com to confirm that this can be accommodated. You may also leave this information in the comments section when checking out and we will contact you to confirm if the requested date and time is possible. Please remember, this is a request and may not be able to be guaranteed!

* PLEASE NOTE: Product availability is subject to change and can exceed the standard lead time. If this is the case, a representative will contact you within 24 hours to inform you. At that time, you may decide to cancel or proceed with your order.

 

What is your Web Return Policy?

All sales are final on personalized items.
If you wish to return your item(s) for a refund, you must contact customer service within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Fiddle Stix then must receive the return within 7 calendar days from the day of notice for return to be valid. To contact customer service, please email customerservice@fiddlestixboutique.com or call (419) 931-2022.
The original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded and the purchaser will be solely responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items must be in original condition.
Fiddle Stix will not be responsible if a returned item has been damaged in shipping or transit back to the store.
If you wish to return your item(s) after 7 calendar days of receiving your order, you will be issued a store credit or gift card in exchange for your return. Again, shipping and handling costs will not be credited.

 

What is your In-Store Return Policy?
 
All jewelry and discounted items are available for exchange or store credit only.
All sales are final on personalized items.
All returns available for refund must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase and must be in original, unworn condition.
All gift receipt returns will be honored with a store credit.

 

What is your Personalization Policy?
 
Fiddle Stix Boutique is not responsible for personalization misspellings.
Please check your entry for correct capitalization and spelling.
Remember to include ampersands (&), commas, and apostrophes in your personalization as you would like them to appear.
Personalization will appear exactly as entered.

 

What are your Shipping Lead Times?

A representative will contact you via email once your order is ready to be shipped. If your items were not personalized, you should expect tracking communication within 2-3 business days, unless specifically requested earlier. If any of your items were personalized, we will send an email within 2-3 business days containing photos of your personalized piece(s). Please review your items for accuracy and respond with a confirmation email stating everything is correct. After we receive your confirmation, you should expect tracking communication within 1-2 business days. (Business days: Monday thru Friday) After receiving your tracking information, USPS estimates the shipping time to be an additional 3-5 business days.
